SeriesIntroduction
Through extensive field investigations and research, we have found that over 90% of sharp objects causing two-wheeler tire punctures and air leaks are less than 15mm in length. These hazards are widely distributed—broken glass, thin iron nails, gravel chips, and other debris can all lead to punctures, and they are difficult to eliminate through road cleaning. Furthermore, the puncture points caused by such objects are mainly concentrated in the central area of the tire.
Meanwhile, "snake bite" blowouts of inner tubes—caused by violent squeezing between the rim and the tire body when the tire is suddenly subjected to force (e.g., rolling over potholes, curbs, or sunken manhole covers)—are also very common. This type of damage, however, typically occurs on the sides of the inner tube.
This is precisely why our KAI JA Product Series was developed: to address these pain points at the source, making every ride safer and more comfortable.
