Prepare tools such as tire, rim, tire lever and simple screwdriver.
The first step: put the tire into one side of the rim, fix it
Step 2: Insert the tire into the rim with a screwdriver/tire lever
Step 3: Adjust the position of the tire by hand to fit the tire to the rim
Step 4: Use a flat-blade screwdriver/tire lever or other tools to snap the tire into the rim groove
Step 5: Check if the tires are in place.
